Knot Too Shabby Events can offer a full range of services for your wedding day. Whether you want us to plan the whole thing from start to finish or you take the driver seat, we are sure to have a service that suites your needs.

We've been doing this long enough to know that there is no such thing as "day-of coordination". As a minimum of our professional services, Wedding Management means we will get you set up for success with a game-plan in hand, and then KTSE will do a full takeover 30 days before your event.

For couples that may desire more involvement from their planner, we offer Full-Service Planning and Design, along with a handful of a la carte options.

So, you may ask yourself - how much does it all cost?
Because every wedding is unique and has its own set of factors and logistics, we custom quote all services. However, we can tell you that our clients invest a minimum of $4,000 in our planning services. On average, our clients can expect a spend of $500-$800 per guest at their wedding, ensuring a memorial experience for everyone. Reach out to schedule your discovery call so we can create a custom proposal!

​Below you'll see a rundown of typical things we do for you on your wedding day: 
  • ​Set up of event spaces
  • Oversight of vendor commitments ​  
  • Provide access to KTSE’s Emergency Kit
  • Facilitation of event timeline, including all vendors and participants sticking to the schedule, VIPs being present during timeline highlights 
  • Organization and cueing of wedding party processional and assurance all participants are photo-ready
  • Assistance with wedding party etiquette and attire, including pinning of corsages & boutonnieres and drying of bouquets
  • Guidance of guest expectations and providing directions, such as locating amenities and movement between event spaces
  • Collection and distribution of vendor payments and gratuity​
  • Venue breakdown; repacking of client décor and personal items, and help ensuring gifts, food, and personal items are ready to be loaded into the appropriate vehicles​
