We've been doing this long enough to know that there is no such thing as "day-of coordination". As a minimum of our professional services, Wedding Management means we will get you set up for success with a game-plan in hand, and then KTSE will do a full takeover 30 days before your event.
For couples that may desire more involvement from their planner, we offer Full-Service Planning and Design, along with a handful of a la carte options.

- Facilitation of event timeline, including all vendors and participants sticking to the schedule, VIPs being present during timeline highlights
- Organization and cueing of wedding party processional and assurance all participants are photo-ready
- Assistance with wedding party etiquette and attire, including pinning of corsages & boutonnieres and drying of bouquets
- Guidance of guest expectations and providing directions, such as locating amenities and movement between event spaces
- Collection and distribution of vendor payments and gratuity
- Venue breakdown; repacking of client décor and personal items, and help ensuring gifts, food, and personal items are ready to be loaded into the appropriate vehicles
