  • Facilitation of event timeline, including all vendors and participants sticking to the schedule, VIPs being present during timeline highlights 
  • Organization and cueing of wedding party processional and assurance all participants are photo-ready
  • Assistance with wedding party etiquette and attire, including pinning of corsages & boutonnieres and drying of bouquets
  • Guidance of guest expectations and providing directions, such as locating amenities and movement between event spaces
  • Collection and distribution of vendor payments and gratuity​
  • Venue breakdown; repacking of client décor and personal items, and help ensuring gifts, food, and personal items are ready to be loaded into the appropriate vehicles​
