Wedding Management Package 

The Wedding Management Package is designed for couples who are planning their wedding themselves but want to have a worry-free day with their friends and family. Our services begin 45 days before the wedding day with full takeover at 30 days to ensure that all details about decor are known and duties are delegated to the planning team.

The Wedding Management Package Includes:
●
A collaborative online timeline/detail sheet to track your progress throughout the planning process
●​ Access to online planning portal with helpful tools + tip sheets, including a 12 month timeline broken down into 3 phases
● Email support throughout
● A one-hour on-boarding phone call to get you pointed in the right direction and give necessary vendor recommendations

● A 45 day out check-in call to give final tips before the month out meeting 
● A two-hour meeting one month before the wedding, which will include:
          
○ Wedding ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
         
 ○ Preparation of a detailed rehearsal and wedding day itinerary to be provided to client and vendors

 ○ Going over your personal wedding items to be set-up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
● ​Scheduled phone meetings within the month of your wedding
● Final floor plan for the ceremony and reception
● Vendor confirmation for the wedding day (at least 1 week prior)

Rehearsal:
● Attendance and direction (coordinate with officiate) of the wedding rehearsal
● A final meeting before or after the rehearsal to go over any final details and placement of wedding items to be set-up on wedding day

Wedding Day:
● Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours)
● Providing wedding emergency kit (safety pins, hairspray, tape, basic first aid kit, scissors, deodorant, floral repair supplies, bleach pen, sewing kit, etc.)
● Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
● Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up as planned
● Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed
● Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
● Helping wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
● Helping photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
● Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
● Making sure everything is running on schedule
● Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed
● Coordinating the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location

● Troubleshooting any problems that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure

● Cheerfully assisting guests in finding their table, guest book, bar, bathroom and any other places and services they may need
● Overseeing breakdown at the end of the night and making sure that all gifts, cards, decorations and rentals get to where they need to be

● Making sure transportation is running on time
● Making sure that the Event Staff, Photographer, DJ or Band and the couple are all in the loop as to what they can expect and when so that there are no surprises and no one misses anything important
● Providing a stress-free wedding day for the couple and their families!
